At Bluroxs, we are committed to providing quality products and a fair, transparent return experience. This policy outlines when returns, replacements, or refunds may be approved and the conditions that apply.

 


 

 

Return Eligibility (30 Days)

 


You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible:

 

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.


If your item:

 

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is defective

  • Is incorrect or missing essential parts

 


You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.


Required documentation (mandatory):

 

  • Clear photos and/or video showing the issue

  • Your order number

 


Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, depending on the situation.


Bluroxs may resolve these cases without requiring a return when appropriate.

 


 

 

Lost or Delivery Issues

 


If your order:

 

  • Shows no tracking progress for an extended period, or

  • Does not arrive within the stated delivery timeframe

 


We will investigate with the carrier.


If the shipment is confirmed lost or undeliverable, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Claims of non-receipt may require additional verification or documentation before approval.

 


 

 

Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

 


If you decide you no longer want the item:

 

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Approval is handled case by case

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

 


Refunds for change-of-mind returns are issued after inspection and approval.


We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items showing signs of use, damage, or misuse.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following are not eligible for return or refund:

 

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges.


If you wish to receive a different item, the fastest option is to:

 

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

Bluroxs currently ships within the United States only.

This policy applies exclusively to U.S. orders.

 


 

 

Refund Processing

 


If your return or refund is approved:

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds

  • Photo or video proof is required for all damage or defect claims

  • Excessive or suspicious return behavior may result in denied requests
